Shrub & Co Spicy Ginger has been a favorite of the team since we began this experiment. The flavor can’t be compared easily to its cousins – ginger beer, ginger ale, or ginger syrup. Shrub & Co’s elixir is more complex and layered: the spice of the ginger comes through, its bite enhanced by the vinegar, but balanced perfectly by the cane sugar.
