Our new pro griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and converts to a charbroiler for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16″ cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray. Outdoor Griddle, mobile, 8 burners, 69″L x 28″W, stainless steel construction, undershelf & legs, (2) 14″ wheels & (2) total lock casters, 129,000 BTU, cETLus, ETL.
