The Steam Pan Adapter allows the unit to be used as a hot food table and holds food at a preferred temperature. Each steam pan adapter will hold one set of pans. Water pan, insert pan, and cover pans are not included with the SPA option.Our NEW 12” x 20”, 3/16” thick stainless steel removable griddle is designed to allow the operator to pour off excess grease or oil with its pourable corner spouts.
