The Valais V-series Chef Coat is constructed with 4.7 oz. 65/35 polyester and cotton ‘lite’ twill fabric with Cool Vent panels on the back and underarm. This is a short-sleeve, single-breasted chef coat, with contrast top stitching and side seam slits.
